Refund & Cancellation:

All deposits, purchases, and fees paid on Team 11 for Fantasy Cricket activities are considered final and non-refundable. However, we understand the importance of customer satisfaction, and we will review cases related to transaction errors.

 

If you believe there was an error in a transaction, please inform us within three days of the transaction date. We will review the transaction and decide on a resolution at our discretion.

 

Team 11 has the right to cancel matches for any reason, with or without explanation, and will refund all fees paid by users for those matches promptly within 24 hours.

 

Users are prohibited from joining game rooms after the start of a cricket match associated with that room (identified by the Series).
