Welcome to Team11, a fantasy sports platform that offers exciting contests and opportunities to showcase your sports knowledge and skills. Before using our services, please read and agree to the following terms and conditions:
Acceptance of Terms:
By accessing or using the Team11 mobile application or website, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, our privacy policy, fair play policy, and any other applicable guidelines or policies.
User Eligibility:
Participation in contests is limited to individuals aged 18 or older and is exclusively open to residents of India at the time of participation. Team 11 retains the right, in accordance with laws specific to certain Indian states, to prevent residents of those states from joining contests. Currently, residents of Assam, Andhra Pradesh, Odisha, Telangana, Nagaland, or Sikkim are not eligible for paid or cash contests due to state regulations prohibiting their involvement in online games that involve payment, such as Fantasy Cricket rooms.
Each participant must have a valid email address to take part in contests. Only participants who have successfully registered on Team11 and entered a contest before each round, adhering to the specified rules, will qualify to participate and win prizes.

Registration and Account Security:
Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration, including a valid email address, username, and password. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and are liable for any activities conducted through their account.
User Conduct:
Users must conduct themselves responsibly and ethically while using Team11. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to cheating, fraud, collusion, harassment, or any behavior that violates our fair play policy or applicable laws.
Fantasy Contests:
Team11 offers various fantasy sports contests where users can create virtual teams based on real-life players and compete for prizes. Users must adhere to contest rules, including team composition, salary cap restrictions, and contest deadlines.

Withdrawal:
To initiate a fund withdrawal, users must first deposit a minimum of Rs 50 into their Team 11 wallet and participate in a contest. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. It's important to note that the withdrawal amount remains fixed regardless of the earnings accrued. For instance, whether User A earns Rs 1000 or Rs 5000 in a contest, Rs 500 is a fixed withdrawal criteria and will not increase. Platform fees will be applied, and a detailed breakdown of the charges will be provided on the withdrawal receipt for transparency.

Users can initiate a withdrawal request through the Team11 app or website. Withdrawal requests are processed within 2-3 business, after verification and approval by Team11. Team11 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing withdrawals.

Users can choose from available withdrawal methods provided by Team11, such as bank transfer, e-wallets, or other approved payment gateways. Users are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date payment information to facilitate withdrawals.

Team11 may charge withdrawal fees or processing fees based on the chosen withdrawal method or as specified in the app's fee schedule. Users will be informed of any applicable fees before confirming the withdrawal request.

Taxation:
As per the provisions of the Income Tax Act 1961, any earnings from gaming activities are classified as income and are liable for a 30% Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) under Section 115BB. Our app allows users to conveniently access their TDS certificates from the app directly. The earnings encompass not only actual winnings but also bonuses, referral incentives, or any other rewards provided by gaming platforms. Sportarten Eleven private Limited including its subsidiaries and affiliated companies, collectively referred to as Team 11, bears no responsibility for the application or its content. Your usage of the application and website is limited to non-transferable personal use.
Team 11 does not provide any warranties for the website or its content. Any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, or expenses resulting from using Team 11 products, services, website, or content are solely the user's responsibility. Team 11 is not liable for addressing claims related to the website, your usage of it, or the products and services offered. Team 11 is not accountable for any claims of intellectual property infringement by third parties resulting from your possession or use of their intellectual property. A user has the opportunity to win multiple prizes on our app within a single day. Team 11 will notify all winners via email within 24 hours after the contest concludes.

Breach & Consequence:
If any of our T&C are breached, as determined by our investigation or if we have reasonable belief that your continued access to our app & socials is harmful to the interests of Team11 Fantasy Cricket, our users, or the public, we may, at our discretion, take the following actions: Restrict games between users suspected of colluding or cheating. Permanently freeze your user account on the app. Seize the funds in your user account. Seek damages for the breach and pursue appropriate legal action to recover such damages, including initiating prosecution for violations that constitute legal offences. Additionally, for a significant breach, we may prohibit you from registering on the app in the future. The decision of Team11 Management regarding actions taken due to a breach will be final and binding. Any action taken by Team 11 Fantasy Cricket is independent of our other rights and legal remedies available.

Fraudulent Activity:
Team11 reserves the right to withhold or cancel withdrawal requests in cases of suspected fraud, account abuse, or violation of terms and conditions. Users found engaging in fraudulent activities may face account suspension or termination.

Withdrawal Disputes:
Users can contact Team11's customer support to resolve any issues or disputes related to withdrawal requests. Team11 will investigate withdrawal disputes promptly and provide a resolution based on its findings.

Withdrawal Terms:
Team11 may modify withdrawal terms and conditions, withdrawal methods, fees, or limits with prior notice to users. Users will be informed of any changes through app notifications, emails, or website announcements. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These withdrawal terms and conditions are governed by GOI and any disputes shall be resolved in the Mumbai court.

Cancellation and Refund:
All deposits, purchases, and fees paid on Team 11 for Fantasy Cricket activities are considered final and non-refundable. However, we understand the importance of customer satisfaction, and we will review cases related to transaction errors. If you believe there was an error in a transaction, please inform us within three days of the transaction date. We will review the transaction and decide on a resolution at our discretion. Team 11 has the right to cancel matches for any reason, with or without explanation, and will refund all fees paid by users for those matches promptly within 24 hours. Users are prohibited from joining game rooms after the start of a cricket match associated with that room (identified by the Series).

Intellectual Property Rights:
All content, logos, trademarks, and intellectual property associated with Team11 are the property of Team11 and its licensors. Users may not use, reproduce, or distribute Team11's intellectual property without explicit permission.
Disclaimer of Liability:
Team11 strives to provide accurate and reliable services, but we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of information on our platform. Users participate in contests and use our services at their own risk.
Modification of Terms:
Team11 reserves the right to modify, update, or revise these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Termination of Account:
Team11 may suspend or terminate user accounts for violations of these terms and conditions, illegal activities, fraud, or any behavior deemed detrimental to the platform's integrity.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution:
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction]. Any disputes or claims arising from the use of Team11 will be resolved through arbitration or legal procedures as outlined in our legal policies.

To the extent permitted by law, and in consideration of utilising our Services and participating in our Contests, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless against any claims, actions, suits, damages, expenses, or awards incurred by us, including legal fees and costs, arising from:

Defamatory, offensive, or unlawful conduct by another player, or any misleading, inaccurate, threatening, or obscene content, whether from another player or otherwise.

Technical issues, system failures, data loss, communication interruptions, cyber-attacks, viruses, or other technological problems related to your use of our Website.

Unauthorised access to your user account by another person, irrespective of your authorization.
This indemnity encompasses all benefits, awards, legal costs, and any direct, indirect, or consequential losses, including loss of profit or reputation, that we may incur due to the aforementioned circumstances.

Prizes & Rewards:
Users have the opportunity to win multiple prizes within a single day. Team11 will promptly notify all winners via email within 24 hours after the conclusion of the match. If a user wins prizes in multiple rooms on the same day, they will receive the prize for the first room they joined. Participants with the second-highest points in other game rooms will be awarded prizes accordingly. Each user is permitted only one entry in any Free Entry-based Prize Money or Prize Item room, and the use of multiple accounts in Fantasy Cricket rooms is strictly prohibited. Winners are responsible for covering freight, shipping charges, and customs duties (if any) on all tangible prizes.
All prizes are subject to tax deduction (TDS) as per the Income Tax Act 1961. Winners will receive TDS certificates for such deductions and are responsible for paying any other applicable taxes, including income tax and gift tax on the prize money. By downloading and/or using the licensed Team11 application, you acknowledge the following: Team11 and its subsidiaries are not responsible for the application or its content, and your use of the application and website is limited to non-transferable personal use. Team11 does not provide warranties for the website or its content, and any claims or losses resulting from using Team11 products, services, or content are the user's responsibility. Team11 is not liable for any third-party infringement claims related to users' possession or use of intellectual property. People from all states and union territories of India, except Assam, Andhra Pradesh, Odisha, Telangana, Nagaland, and Sikkim, are allowed to play Fantasy Sports games on Team11. All standard terms and conditions of Team11 apply. The decision of Team11 Management is final and binding in case of any dispute.
